Cinema is back, and it is not slowing down.
In theaters, April 2024 brings several hits, including Challengers, Civil War, and The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. As always, Netflix never disappoints, and this month, The Red Giant brings Ripley, Rebel Moon- Part Two, and more. Ripley, Rebel Moon Part Two, and more.
But if you prefer animation (especially DC Animation), then you won’t want to miss DC’s Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths – Part Two (Read Our Review on Part One)
But with all that said, here’s the full list of What to Watch in April 2024.

1. Monkey Man – April 5th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: After years of making a meager living in an underground fight club, a young man wearing a gorilla mask unleashes a ruthless revenge campaign on the corrupt men who took everything from him.
2. The First Omen- April 5th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: Sent to Rome to begin her life of service to the church, a young woman uncovers a terrifying conspiracy that hopes to bring evil incarnate to Rome.
3. Civil War – April 12th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: Taking place in a dystopian future America, Civil War 2024 sees a team of military-embedded journalists race against time to reach Washington, DC before rebel factions descend upon the White House.
4. Arcadian- April 12th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: Stuck on a decimated earth, Arcadian sees Paul and his twin sons find tranquillity by day but are hunted by ferocious creatures that consume all living souls by night. But when Paul almost dies, his boys are forced to use everything they’ve learnt from him to build a plan to survive.
5. The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare- April 19th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: Featuring an impressive cast, The Ministry of ungentlemanly warfare follows a top-secret unit, recruited by the British military to strike behind enemy lines during World War II.
6. Abigail- April 19th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: A group of would-be criminals kidnaps the 12-year-old daughter of a powerful underworld figure and hold her for ransom. However, their plans soon fall apart when they realize their captive is a bloodthirsty vampire.
7. Challengers- April 26th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: Challengers follows Tashi (Zendaya), a former tennis prodigy turned coach, who transforms her husband into a world-famous grand slam champion.
But when he falls into a losing streak, Tashi embraces a daring strategy to snap him out. However, things take a surprising turn when her husband faces his former best friend and Tashi’s former boyfriend.

8. Ripley- April 4th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: Down-on-his-luck grifter Tom Ripley catches a break when a wealthy man hires him to bring his wayward Son from Italy. However, taking this job pushes Tom into a life of fraud, deceit, and Murder.
9. Parasyte The Grey- April 5th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: When unidentified parasites violently take over human hosts and gain power, humanity must rise to combat the growing threat.
10. Rebel Moon- Part Two: The Scargiver- April 19th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: After the events of part one, the second part of Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon sees Kora and the surviving warriors prepare to defend Veldt, their new home, alongside its people against the Realm.
The warriors face their pasts, revealing their motivations before the Realm’s forces arrive to crush the growing rebellion.
11. Dead Boy Detectives- April 25th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: Two teenage ghosts work alongside a clairvoyant to solve mysteries for their supernatural clientele until a powerful witch complicates their plans.

12. Fallout- April 11th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: Based on one of the greatest video games of all time, Fallout tells a story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have.
Two centuries after the apocalypse, the TV series sees the gentle denizens of the fallout shelters forced to return to the incredibly complex, gleefully weird, and highly violent world waiting for them above.

16. The Sympathizer-April 14th (Max)
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: Near the end of the Vietnam War, a spy embedded in the South Vietnam army flees to the United States and takes up residence in a refugee community, where he continues to gather intelligence and report back to the Viet Cong.
17. The Big Door Prize Season 2-April 5th (Apple TV)
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: A small town is forever changed when a mysterious machine appears, promising to reveal everyone’s true potential. Soon residents start changing jobs, rethinking relationships, and questioning long-held beliefs — all in pursuit of a better future.
