Cinema officially returns in March 2024 with a Juggernaut slate of Movies and TV shows.
Dune Part Two is here, and it promises fans a spectacular return to the desert planet of Arrakis. But that’s not all in theatres, as in addition to Kung Fu Panda 4, we are also getting an epic Titan team-up in Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire, later this month.
Over at Prime Video, the powers at be are finally releasing Invincible Season 2 Part 2, and as expected, Netflix has a solid list of films and shows to check out this month. And so, without further delay, here’s What to Watch in March 2024.

1. Dune Part Two- March 1st

3. Immaculate – March 22nd
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: Welcomed to the picture-perfect Italian countryside Convent, Cecilia, An American nun, embarks on a new journey. However, it soon becomes clear to the young nun, that her perfect new home hides unspeakable horrors.
4. Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire- March 22nd

Synopsis: When an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force, both the old and new generation of The Ghostbusters must unite to save the world from a second ice age.
5. Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire- March 29th

Synopsis: Godzilla and the almighty Kong face a colossal threat hidden deep within the planet, challenging their very existence and the survival of the human race.

6. Spaceman- March 1st

7. Anikulapo: Rise of the Spectre- March 1st

Synopsis: In a race against time to avoid a dismal fate, traveller Saro returns to Ojumo with orders to complete a nearly impossible task.
8. Furies – March 1st
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: Seeking revenge for her father’s death, a young woman finds herself caught in the web of La Furie, the guardian of order in Parisian organised crime.
9. The Gentlemen Season 1 – March 7th

Synopsis: When aristocratic Eddie inherits the family estate, he discovers that it’s home to an enormous weed empire, and its proprietors aren’t going anywhere.
Review: The Gentlemen Season 1 is a great crime-drama series from the amazing mind of Guy Ritchie. I absolutely loved the TV Series, and Netflix had better be working on a second season. Read Our Review (Slight spoilers ahead).

10. Damsel- March 8th
Where to Watch:

Synopsis: A young woman’s fateful decision in 1960s China vibrates across space and time into the present day, where a group of brilliant scientists partner with a detective to confront the humanity’s greatest threat.

12. Ricky Stanicky- March 7th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: Twenty years after creating the imaginary Ricky Stanicky, three childhood friends still use the non-existent pal as a handy alibi for their immature behaviour.
When their spouses get suspicious and demand to finally meet him, the guilty trio hire washed-up actor Rod to bring him to life. However, when Rod takes his role of a lifetime a little too far, they start to regret ever inventing Ricky in the first place.
13. Invincible Season 2 Part 2- March 14th
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: We thought the events of Invincible Season 1 were bad, until we saw the first half Invincible Season 2. And with the second half on its way, we only imagine what horrors and adventures await us.

15. The Regime -March 3rd (Max)

Synopsis: The Regime is a dark comedy series that follows the story of Kate Winslet, the chancellor of an unknown European country that is falling apart behind its palace walls.
16. Wonka -March 8th (Max)
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: With dreams of opening a shop in a city renowned for its chocolate, a young and poor Willy Wonka discovers that the industry is run by a cartel of greedy chocolatiers.
17. Manhunt-March 15th (Apple TV+)
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: Based on the New York Times bestselling and Edgar Award-winning nonfiction book from author James L. Swanson, “Manhunt” is a conspiracy thriller about one of the best known but least understood crimes in history, the astonishing story of the hunt for John Wilkes Booth in the aftermath of Abraham Lincoln’s assassination.
18. Palm Royale-March 20th (Apple TV+)
Where to Watch:
Synopsis: “Palm Royale” is a true underdog story that follows Maxine Simmons (Kristen Wiig) as she endeavors to break into Palm Beach high society. As Maxine attempts to cross that impermeable line between the haves and the have-nots, “Palm Royale” asks the same question that still baffles us today: “How much of yourself are you willing to sacrifice to get what someone else has?”
