Seven reasons why April 2019 is the Best Month for Cinephiles and TV lovers

While movies in 2019 have had a slow start, it seems things are finally picking up with the arrival of Captain Marvel and the new Avengers End Game Trailer.

However, what’s even more interesting is the over-stacked line up of 2019 movies and TV shows coming out next month, which promises to leave Movie buffs and TV show lovers all over the world either satisfied or begging for more.

Here are seven reasons why April 2019 is the best month for Cinephiles to be alive.

1. Avengers End Game (April 26th) – “Whatever it takes.

The grand conclusion to the infinity saga and the last ten years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Avengers: Endgame comes after the devastating events of Infinity War. Which saw half the life in the MCU decimated and the Avengers scattered.
Now the surviving members of the Avengers,- Thor, Black Widow, Captain America, the Hulk (Bruce Banner) and Tony Stark (Iron Man) must assemble alongside their new allies to bring back their vanquished friends and undo the actions of the Mad Titan Thanos.

2. The Chilling adventures of Sabrina Season 2 (April 5th) – “Being wicked has never felt so good.

This April Sabrina, the half-mortal, half-teenage witch returns more powerful than before.
After going through with her dark baptism last season, Sabrina seems to have gone over to the Dark side. A change that even her closest friends seem to notice. From the new trailer, we see her reveling in the powers of the Dark Lord, and performing stronger and darker spells such as levitation and even resurrection.
However, this might all be part of her grand plan to get stronger and gain the Dark Lord’s confidence so she can kill him when he least suspects. But we’ll have to wait for the second season to kick off to see if this plan works.

3. Shazam (April 5th) – “Just say the word.

The latest offering from the DC cinematic universe follows Billy Batson, a 14-year-old foster kid, who can turn into the adult superhero, by shouting one word – SHAZAM!
Still a kid at heart (but in a ripped godlike body) Shazam revels in this adult version of himself by doing what any teenager with superpowers would do: have fun with them! However, he will need to master his powers quickly to fight the deadly forces of evil controlled by Dr.Thaddeus Sivana.

4. Pet Cemetery (April 5th) – “Sometimes dead is better.

After moving from Boston to their new rural home, Louis Creed (Jason Clarke) and his family learn about the mysterious Pet Sematary located near their new home. But when Tragedy strikes, Louis seeks help from his unusual neighbor Jud Crandall, which sets off a chain of events that unleashes an unfathomable evil with terrible consequences.

5. Hell Boy (April 12th)- “Give Evil Hell.

Based on Mike Mignola’s Graphic Novels, Hellboy follows the half demon superhero, who while fighting a group of giants, discovers The Blood Queen, Nimue, a resurrected ancient sorceress, who’s eager to avenge a past betrayal.
Now caught in a clash between the supernatural and the human world, Hellboy most stop Nimue, without triggering the end of the world.

6. The Curse of La Llorona (April 19th)- “She wants your children.

In 1970s Los Angeles, La Llorona is stalking the night — and the children. Ignoring the eerie warning of a troubled mother suspected of child endangerment, a social worker and her own small kids are soon drawn into a frightening supernatural realm.
Their only hope to survive La Llorona’s deadly wrath may be a disillusioned priest and the mysticism he practices to keep evil at bay, on the fringes where fear and faith collide.

7. Game of Thrones the Final season (April 14th)- “For the Throne.

Whether you think it’s the best show on earth or an over-rated waste of Tv, you’ve definitely heard about Game of Thrones. And as of the time of writing this article, it’s officially twenty-Five days until the show’s epic finale begins.
Game of Thrones follows the story of nine noble families as they fight for control over the mythical lands of their country Westeros, While an ancient threat that has been dormant for thousands of years returns. Now after seven seasons of shocking Deaths, multiple betrayals, and too many losses, the final season promises an ending so grand, that fans will need therapy by the time it’s over.
